Our commercial agency was founded in Parma (Italy) in 2010by the idea of Paolo Maccaferri to guide Italian small and medium gastronomic corporations into the large-scale distribution market. All of this in a competent and structured way.
WHAT WE DO
Every day we connect the specialists of our local gastronomic production with foreign large distributors. We take Italian agri-food goods beyond the borders, facilitating the processes of purchasing and managing products. We consider creating branded products under the manufacturer’s exclusive brand or in collaboration.
WHY WE DO IT
We want to globally spread the added values of Made in Italy: taste, culture, tradition, wisdom, genuineness, artisan experience passed on, from one generation to another. Our ambition is to team up with the best Italian food companies. We need concrete selling actions to make other Countries’ consumers aware of the exclusivity of authentic Italian products, and fight the “Italian Sounding” phenomenon.
THE GROUP
Touchpoint Group currently consists of three companies: we are the majority shareholders of Galileo, leader in the distribution of Italian gastronomic specialties on the French market. We also participate in the company Fiamma Scarlatta, an Italian brand of fresh pizza prepared by hand and preserved in a modified atmosphere, nowadays present in the Italian, Slovenian and Swedish markets.
